Everything you add — written notes, photos, audio, and video recordings — is saved strictly on your local device or your own private backups. Nothing is ever sent to us or uploaded to our servers. You decide what to share and who with — and when you share things with someone close, they go straight from your device to theirs as a locked file.
Blue Book was created after losing Mum early in 2026. She was wonderfully organised and left a folder with key details — a start that would put our paperwork to shame. But while the practicalities were filed away, the things that truly defined her — what made her happy, what she was proud of, and how she wanted to be remembered — still lived only in conversation. Writing her eulogy is what brought it home: everyone knew their version of Mum, but only she could really tell her own story.
Blue Book brings these two things together, as two books: your Essentials, gathering the practical details people will need, and your Blue Book, recording the personal story only you can tell.
We created it in Mum's memory, and we want everyone to be able to use it. Downloading Blue Book, creating your Peace of Mind Summary and filling in your Blue Book are free, and always will be. You can tell your story your way, at your own pace, and add to it whenever you like.
