It helps to tell us your device and its iOS or Android version, and what happened. Either address reaches us for anything about your data or our privacy policies, including the rights they describe.

If you paid for something through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us. For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, start from your Google Play order history.
